Welcome to..... Love-Land

A home is a human right, not a racket

Based on what they cost to build, British homes should cost around £4.00 a week to rent

The earth is a free gift to mankind
Or as seventeenth century English writer Gerrard Winstanley put it "The Earth is a common treasury for all"

Our demands:

  1. Eviction criminalised: a home is a human right
  2. 'God given' land is not private property: right to stay replaces land 'ownership'
  3. Restoration of commons and common rights

Whatever the law says, land can never be private property quite like our other possessions, home or car.
We all need land. So the more someone has, the more they have to share it.

Our objects:

For Landowners: campaigning for small farmers and against land tax, or LVT.

For Homeowners: campaigning against extortionate property taxes and demands for home equity to pay for care.

For Mortgagees: campaigning for fair and fixed interest rates.

For Private Renters: campaigning for rent controls and high accommodation standards.

For Social Renters: campaigning for social housing, against rent hikes and the 'right to buy'.

For The Homeless: campaigning for right to occupy empty buildings, building social housing and an end to eviction.

What we do

  1. Circulate an annual newsletter by snailmail in the Spring
  2. Hold an annual Autumn speaker and discussion conference
  3. Hold an annual countryside Summer gathering
