Hi Tony & Everyone,

I just joined the forum and posted an article on G8, Bilderberg and the Trilateral Commission at
https://secure.gn.apc.org/members/www.bilderberg.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2109

I first came across the Bilderberg Group in the 'eighties while researching a paper for CND about the Cold War organisations. About the same time, I read a fascinating book called VODKA-COLA and discovered the Trilateral Commission and Holly Sklar's seminal work on the Trilats.

My question is this: while activists such as yourselves focus on Bilderberg why do you never mention the Trilateral Commission? You should because the two groups overlap and are complementary to each other.

David Rockefeller funded both and it was only because Bilderberg refused entry to the Japanese in the 'seventies that Rockefeller founded the Trilats. So it would make eminent sense to refer to both these groups as the chief movers behind NWO totalitarianism.

One reason that the Trilats are hardly ever mentioned by activists in Europe is because there is a total news blackout on them on this side of the Atlantic. It would be more than the MSM's jobs are worth to mention them!

In North America, however, there are other capitalist, right-wing groups who compete with the Trilats so there is internecine, public warfare between the two in the media from time-to-time. Hence the Trilats are better known.

I hope, from a campaigning point-of-view, you will see the sense in my suggestion that we should refer to both Bilderberg and the Trilats simultaneously.

probably because there is less secrecy about the trilateral commission

As noted by this man https://secure.gn.apc.org/members/www.bilderberg.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=3857#3857

And TC publish reports.

Yes, that's a very good point.

But this is most likely the result of a difference between the European and North American mentality. Europeans, particularly the British, are culturally conditioned to accept elitism and secrecy.

Traditionally, North Americans are not and have always had a far more open nature. But I have noticed that whereas the Americans are open at one level they can be just as closed as Europeans at another level.

People shouldn't be fooled by the PR of apparent open-ness by the Trilateral Commission and its publishing of reports (meant for public consumption anyway). When it comes to the final decision-making, as normal in all politics, this is done by the movers and the shakers and behind closed doors.

There is still a great deal of secrecy amongst the Trilats. Their meetings are never published and the mainstream media operate a conspiracy of silence in their regard.

So, when you scrutinize both the Bilderberg and Trilateral organizations there is very little difference between the two . And, in many ways, the Trilats have been the cleverer of the two by appearing to be open while remaining just as secretive as the Bilderbergers.

More important than that, both the Bilderbergers and the Trilats overlap and complement each other. They are both working with the same agenda. For that reason they should be named simultaneously.

Quote:
Just because [the TC is] less secretive and has a website (so does the neocon Henry Jackson Society and the PNAC) doesn't mean it isn't any the less effective. Nor should it be ignored. To do so let's it off the hook and we do a disservice to society by ignoring it. The question that conspiracy freaks must ask themselves is: are they more interested in organizations because of their secrecy, hence collector value like rare trains are to train spotters, or for the destructive, anti-democratic effect they have on society? ~'Venceremos' at British 911 Forum.

As with Bilderberg you never hear the Trilats mentioned in the European media. If the latter is an open organization why are they just as taboo to the MSM? The Trilats are just as unknown to Joe Public as are the Bilderbergers. If folk like us don't demystify both organizations then that sad situation will prevail.
