A discussion took place today at the Diana inquest today. Michael Mansfield QC presented the coroner with a range of questions which he wants to put to the Duke of Edinburgh and the Queen. Presumably to Diana's embittered ex-husband Charles too.

Remember that the prime suspect in the murder conspiracy is Prince Philip, he is the man Diana said and wrote on several occasions to several different people was going to have her killed in a car crash.

Only trouble is the reporters in the court were told that they were not allowed to report that discussion, that is to say the reasoning behind the coroners decision, nor were they allowed to report the questions.

Neither were the jury allowed to be present.

This is a disgusting, disgusting travesty of justice. And the coroner has the cheek to warn the media about making comments which might prejudice a jury. Not hearing evidence from the prime suspect Mr. Coroner, don't you think that might prejudice the jury?

Dear, dear Diana. They still hate you so much they will spend the rest of their lives tarnished with this dreadful, decietful and unlawful decision by coroner Lord Justice Scott Baker.....
This is all the wires are saying - not even the least crumb of the story.

Duke will not be called to inquest

Mohamed al Fayed has lost his legal bid to call the Duke of Edinburgh as a witness in the Diana, Princess of Wales inquest.

It is also believed that lawyers would have wanted to have a series of questions put to the Queen.

The Coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker, ruled: "In my judgment it is not expedient to call the Duke of Edinburgh to give evidence, nor do I think the Queen should be asked to answer the questions posed by Mr (Michael) Mansfield.

"Neither step will, in my judgment, further the inquest process."

Harrods tycoon Mr al Fayed insists that Diana, his son Dodi and driver Henri Paul were killed in a Paris car crash in August 1997 in a murder plot ordered by Prince Philip.

Mr al Fayed has claimed it was carried out by MI6 on Philip's orders because Diana was pregnant by Dodi, a Muslim, and the couple were set to get engaged.

Tony, I think this is conclusive proof that this inquest is a sham. Philip also refused to answer questions from the Lord Stevens investigation. They are also delaying the perjury investigaion into Burrell, until the inquest ends. Sad
