I have found many group who cohabitate together as consortium for computer security.


Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA)

National Infrastructure Security Coordination Centre (NISCC)

Information Security Privacy Advisory Board

The Infrastructure Security Partnership (TISP)

They involved both government and private industry specialist.
