Paparazzi statements taken by French police are not legal!!
Forgive me as I`m not a legal eagle. Because the paparazzi statements aren`t consistant with other witness accounts and the fact the paparazzi won`t give evidence at the inquest (why?)...means their statements are worthless!!! Fayed`s legal team would not have the opportunity to question statements which are already suspect
As I understand it, Lord Justice Scott Baker was seeking a legal position where paparazzi statements could be read by the jury. Lord Justice Thomas was shocked that he couldn`t assist fellow Freemason Lord Justice Scott Baker in his move to use rigged evidence constructed during the paparazzi`s arrest period.
Here`s the crunch, the gaping gap between paparazzi statements and statements taken from members of the public has resulted in a legal crisis.
What we should now see is a suspension of the inquest and for Lord Justice Scott Baker to seek the re-arrest (for conspiracy to murder) and deportation of all the paparazzi involved.
The alternative would be to rely on only public INDEPENDENT statements...while this could be good news for those who believe Diana and Dodi were murdered, it would still remain a belief and the Royals, MI6 and the wider NWO would get away murder.
These paparazzi gave their first interviews for the Channel 4 documentary "Witnesses in the Tunnel". They said they were 30 seconds behind Diana`s Mercedes...this is a blatant lie and they are only maintaining this position either from direct involvement, or because of SIS/NWO pressure...its strange that all paparazzi have received the same legal advice to stay away from the inquest...what are they hiding and who is advising them? |

Lord Justice Scott Baker has lost his appeal to have paparazzi witness statements read out to the jury.
This is good news for Fayed. Lord Justice Scott Baker could have these paparazzi re-arrested for manslaughter. More or less everyone now knows these paparazzi statements are a pack of lies. Maybe Fayed could force British police to re-arrest the paparazzi? |
