Timuçin,
When did the artcle of AFP about Barcelona was published?
Spain is at the head of EEC for six month and Barcelona is belonging to the industrial belt of Europe ( Catalogna, south of France, North of Italy).
My scenario is following:North of Europe is threatened ( except the baltic states) to join some kind of consensus with Moscow-see the attitude of Nicholas Sarkozy last year with Russia in Georgia and Bilderberg is going to make a serious mise au point with Europe threathening to dislocate Euroland if they make some arrangement with the russians. Do not forget
the Latin Union existing in Eyrope between 1870-1914 where golden coins were having the same title in a big part of Europe. After the ' Great War', the latin Union dispapeared. First warning ws Greece, and now following will be Spain, Portugal and France... sabotaging what they penibly built to be under the american umbrella.

This is no guarantee that Spain have been chosen but we have to refer to the last edition of AFP about this. Alex Jones is another thing.

Thanks for the answer Marek.

Yasu posted it on April 9th although the issue date was for April 12th.

I agree and it's disconcerting, but has Jim ever published and been wrong about the country before?

The official article from American Free Press...

Personally, unlike Tucker, I don't sense a "strong opposition" to the Bilderbergers, except here and on some other forums/blogs/websites (nor do I feel that the Bilderbergers are "losing" the battle... on the contrary !). Every year, it's the same : Bilderberg meeting's dates and location are found, but the meeting has NEVER even been interrupted by opponents... this is something that MUST change !

P.S. : the translation of this article in French + my comments are now available on the French forum... Wink

BILDERBERG FOUND !

By James P. Tucker, Jr.

The Bilderberg group will conduct its annual meeting June 3-6 in Sitges, Spain (a small, exclusive resort town about 20 miles from Barcelona) behind a wall of armed guards who will seal off the resort in a futile attempt to keep the event secret.

Bilderberg’s meeting will follow that of its brother group, the Trilateral Commission, which will gather at the Four Seasons Resort in Dublin, Ireland May 6-10. Leaders of Bilderberg also attend the Trilateralists’ meeting to map their common agenda. About 300 attend Trilateral Commission meetings, which are conducted behind sealed-off, guarded floors of their hotel. About 100 will attend Bilderberg, which seals off the entire resort behind platoons of uniformed police and private security.

Bilderberg hopes to keep the global recession going for at least a year, according to an international financial consultant who deals personally with many of them. This is because, among several reasons, Bilderberg still hopes to create a global “treasury department” under the United Nations. Bilderberg first undertook this mission at its meeting last spring in Greece, but the effort was blocked by nationalists in Europe and the United States. “Nationalists” (a dirty word in Bilderberg) objected to surrendering sovereignty to the UN.

AFP’s source pointed to the words of French President Nicolas Sarkozy in a March 29 speech at notoriously left-wing Columbia University, where he said, “We should invent a new global monetary order.”

He was clearly referring to the recently proposed world “treasury department.”

Bilderberg’s ultimate goal remains unchanged: Turn the UN into a world government with “nation-states” becoming merely geographic references. The European Union is to become a single political entity, followed by the “American Union” and, finally, the “Asian-Pacific Union.” The “American Union” is to include the entire Western Hemisphere, including Cuba and other offshore islands.

Like the EU, the “AU” will have a legislature, executive commission and head of state which can impose laws on member nations. There is to be an EU-like common currency, removing each member state’s symbol of sovereignty. The “Asian-Pacific Union,” or “APU,” is to follow a similar path.

But growing public awareness of the evil agenda of Bilderberg and the Trilateralists has emerged as a significant barrier. For decades, until 1975 when The Spotlight emerged, the blackout was 100 percent complete worldwide. (The Spotlight is AFP’s lineal ancestor.)

Today, in Europe, major metropolitan newspapers and broadcast outlets give both groups heavy, front-page attention. In the United States, independent newspapers and broadcast stations give Bilderberg extensive coverage.

But the major newspapers and network broadcasters maintain a complete blackout in the United States. That’s because their executives have attended these meetings on lifetime promises of secrecy. The hypocritical owners of The Washington Post have attended since 1954. The Post’s chairman, Donald Graham, and associate editor, Jimmy Lee Hoagland, have attended each meeting for years.

But as public awareness grows, so does patriotic resistance. There is strong resistance throughout Europe to increasing the powers of the EU at the cost of national sovereignty. In the United States, there is growing resistance to the proposed North American Free Trade Agreement, which would eliminate borders between the United States, Mexico and Canada. NAFTA is to expand, under Bilderberg-Trilateral plans, to include the entire hemisphere and evolve into the “American Union.”

In the 1990s, Bilderberg was confident that the “American Union” would be established by the year 2000. A decade later, they are still fighting—and losing— the battle.

AFP correspondent James P. Tucker Jr. is a veteran journalist who spent many years as a member of the “elite” media in Washington. Since 1975 he has won widespread recognition, here and abroad, for his pursuit of on-the-scene stories reporting the intrigues of global power blocs such as the Bilderberg Group.

HIGH MEETING IN BARCELONA ABOUT MID EAST ON JUNE 7
**************************************************
a afp depêche ( not American free press, but the other news agency)
is announcing a big meeting on June7 in Barcelona about Midlleeast
peace process. This meeting will serve as cover ( as usual) for the Bilderberg conference taking place a few days before.

Here the article in french. A equivalency must surely exist in English langage:
**********************************************************

I hope that the Vesuve will awake in Napoli.

You can't determine how people will use information they garner here.

It is helpful though for us to comment here on how our leaks are used for our own information about the trustworthiness or otherwise of various publications.

I did this when I realised we were being misrepresented. I wanted to learn why it was happening and not give them ammunition with which to write further misleading articles. I also tried backing out recently since I realised the CIA Red/Blue hit list info. has now become public domain. However, once I returned my posts, I found one of the placeholders had already been deleted as had a later post. Can't blame me for that.

I agree though. But I hate being misquoted or quoted out of context. Don't you? In future, make sure they know to consult with you or Marek first.

Some adding news about the EU meeting on june7 in Barcelona
*Press release Breathing new life into the Union for the Mediterranean

External relations - 29-04-2010 - 11:00

Although the second summit of the Union for the Mediterranean being held in Barcelona on 7 June is taking place in difficult circumstances, members of Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee are determined that the process be given a new boost. The fresh impetus the UfM needs will require a historic commitment by heads of state and government to provide adequate funding for major projects and consolidate the institutions underpinning the process.
MEPs voiced their support for the UfM in a resolution drafted by Vincent (S&D, FR) and adopted by the Foreign Affairs Committee on the eve of the second summit scheduled for 7 June in Barcelona.

The UfM has undergone a period of political stagnation since the Gaza conflict of December 2008, despite the resumption of meetings of ministers and senior officials since September 2009. MEPs stress that regional conflicts - notably the Israeli-Palestinian conflict but also those in Cyprus and the Western Sahara - must not limit the possibility of progressing towards sectoral and multilateral cooperation, although they believe the UfM cannot be a complete success without this.

In addition, the UfM needs the commitment of heads of state and government to make the second summit a success for launching the UfM's institutions and to ensure major projects receive adequate funding.

The resolution underlines the limits of the neighbourhood policy conducted with the Mediterranean countries. By stressing bilateral relations at the expense of a global approach, it says, this policy has not helped contribute to a process of integration and significant reform in the region, in terms of democratic progress.

Six major projects

The UfM, launched in July 2008 in Paris, was intended to revitalise the Barcelona process by structuring cooperation with the Mediterranean countries around six major projects (civil protection, maritime and land highways, de-pollution of the Mediterranean Sea, a Mediterranean solar energy plan, the Mediterranean Business Development Initiative and a Euromediterranean university) and envisaging the creation of a permanent secretariat from the beginning of March 2010.

Adequate funding

The resolution proposes that the secretariat be given adequate funding to enable it to function. The secretariat, headed by the Jordanian Ahmed Maas'deh, with six deputy secretaries-general of whom one will be an Israeli and one a Palestinian, will have to breathe new life into a process which is stagnating. The secretariat will have to ensure coordination with the European Commission and in particular EuropeAid and the EIB, which is a major funder of the UfM.

In the longer term, MEPs want to see a considerable increase in the resources for the UfM in the EU's financial perspective for 2014-2020. The resolution also proposes the creation of a Euromediterranean investment and development bank.

A major part of the UfM's new projects must be devoted to teaching, school and university exchanges and research, including upgrading the Erasmus Mundus programmes for the Mediterranean and the creation of a Mediterranean Erasmus junior, to step up educational exchanges between the Member States of the UfM, believe MEPs.

The resolution supports a rapid implementation of the Mediterranean solar energy project DESERTEC, emphasises the need to develop maritime highways and urges the UfM countries to move towards greater convergence of Euro-mediterranean agriculture policies, in particular as regards rules on food safety, plant health, environmental issues and product quality.

Migration policies are one of the priorities of the Euro-mediterranean partnership. The states and institutions of the UfM should devote special attention to the coordinated management of migratory flows, says the resolution.

Strengthening parliamentary scrutiny of the UfM

The institutional architecture of the UfM will not be complete without parliamentary scrutiny of the process, which should be devolved to the Euromediterranean Parliamentary Assembly (EMPA), which should become the parliamentary assembly of the UfM, It could be renamed "Parliamentary Assembly - Union for the Mediterranean", in line with the proposal made at the 6th plenary session in Amman in March 2010.

The EMPA should, according to the resolution, provide democratic scrutiny as to the direction of the work, the follow up of projects and the budgetary implementation of the process. In addition, parliamentary committees of the EMPA should conduct regular hearings of the secretary general and the deputy secretaries-general.

In the chair : Gabriele ALBERTINI (EPP, IT)

Rapporteur : Vincent PEILLON, (S&D, FR)

Result of vote: 58 for, 6 against, 0 abstentions

Hello,

I think that we should build the network of freelance journalists who seek and report every years' Bilderbergs and Trilaterals via Ustream , Twitter, blogs ,or post like this.

The reason why I propose this is simple.
Only credible source that we have abuut venues of Bilderber meetings is Jim Tucker's AFP report!

As we know , Jim Tucker has done great effort in reporting Bilderberg fover 25years.

But unfortunately,he is old . We should also have his successor.

If this year's meeting is held in Spain, Truthseekers in Spain can contact the bilderberg Office in Spain via phone or FAX to get official participant list (presee release) .

If held in US, truthseeker in US can do this.

I live in Japan, so I can report about the trilateral meeting in Tokyo.

How do you think?
