Germany 6

Switzerland 5
Canada 5 ( Prince Bernhard's home in WWII and, according to Col. Oreste Pinto, Canadian Intelligence were involved in the betrayal of Operation Market Garden - which as you may know was key in the formation of Bilderberg ten years after the Hexenkessel there )

No surprises if the next US Bilderberg is even as late as 2019.

And Zanny Minton Beddoes of the Economist replaces Baron John Kerr.
