The MEGA television channel, a greek channel of international bankers, using diagrams of Nazi propaganda declares that in Greece there would be the highest percentage of disability pensions in Europe. Mr. Yannis Papathanasiou, Greek minister of finance and partecipant in the bilderberg meetings of May 14-17 2009 in Athens, in the newspaper Naftemporiki of 29 June 2009 declared : '' we are going in the strictest application of criteria for the provision of disability pensions. On 7 July 2009 we have the paradox that the President of the Greek National Association of disabled people (esaea http://www.esaea.gr ) Yannis Vardakastanis calls for the reform of the system of evaluation of disability and the distribution of the disability card for the greek people with disabilities.

The disability card asked from Mr. Vardakastanis is a bar-code e-card that violates the right to respect for his private life , the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion ( Article 8 and 9 of ECHR ) .
With regard to the reform of the system of evaluation of disability mr. Vardakastanis asks the application of the rigid system of evaluation ICF, to be considered still experimental, with consequent cuts of the subsidies of the greek disabled people that will ask ask for carity on the roads .

Have we heard many organisations of disabled people in Europe ask harmful reforms for the disabled people ?

The newspaper of the Pasok party Eleftherotypia of 16 September 2009 speaks about the necessity to implement the law 2430 of 1996 because " Will be updated -it supposed - the model to provide welfare services in our country." and that the " outdated " logic to give subsidies to Greek disabled people has to be abandoned .
